*Mileage: 75 cents/mile will be added to cover drive time and mileage for clients outside of my immediate area (10 miles from my home in Rosedale, KS). Contact for more information and a free quote.
Tuning: $125
Pitch raise: $200 (includes a tuning appointment later)
Repairs: priced per job (Contact for a quote)
Lessons: $20 (half hour) $35 (hour)

Cleanings:
- Over time, dust can accumulate between the keys, inside the action, under the stings and on the soundboard eventually impacting the mechanical function of your piano. This can also impact the sound of your instrument.
- Price: $125
- Time: 1-2 hours depending on the type of piano and amount of dirt.
- Involves the use of an air compressor, vacuum and specialized tools to reach all areas of the piano.
Regulation
- Contact for pricing on your specific piano.
- Several different levels of regulation are offered depending on your needs.
- Regulation of the piano means to finely adjust internal action parts to regulate and account for things like key dip and leveling, lost motion, after touch and other things to ensure the pianist will have an even feel and dynamic control across all 88 keys.
- Should be done every 5-10 years, but can vary greatly depending on how often the piano is used and the environment it is exposed to.
